The Committee on Energy moves to amend the bill as follows:

On page forty-two, section three, on line twenty-eight, by striking “2018” and inserting “2017”, and after “2017”, by striking the remainder of the sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“shall continue to serve for a minimum of three years until June 30, 2020.”

On page forty-eight, section six, on line three, by striking “2018” and inserting “2017”, and by striking the word “one” and inserting the word “three”, and after the word “term”, by inserting the following:

“until June 30, 2020”
